Returns & Refund Policy

• Overview

  This policy outlines how customers can return or exchange items purchased from White Carbon. It operates alongside, and in addition to, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Change-of-Mind Returns
  • White Carbon offers a 30-day change-of-mind return period from the date of purchase. Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:
  • Silver jewellery
  • Earrings
  • Resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase)
  • Engraved items
  • Special, custom, or made-to-order items
  • If for any reason you change your mind about any eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, provided:
  • The item is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, certificates, and packaging are included.
  • Items that fail to meet these requirements will not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

10.1. Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee (White Carbon additional benefit) In addition to your ACL rights, we offer:

• Free lifetime repairs for manufacturing defects after inspection; or
• Replacement/refund if repair is not possible.

10.2. Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear
• Re-plating
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Repairs by unauthorised jewellers

In-store Returns

• Present your item at any authorised White Carbon store with proof of purchase, tags, and certificates.Postal Returns
• Contact Customer Care for a Return Authorisation Number.
• Use tracked and insured shipping; White Carbon is not liable for loss/damage in transit.
• Unless faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• Issued to the original payment method only.
• Processed within 10 business days after inspection.

• Do not label parcels with “diamond”, “jewellery”, or “White Carbon” for security.

• White Carbon may update this policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.
